Return Policy
Returns, Exchange, and Defective Merchandise Policies
We hope you love your purchases from us! We understand, however, that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. Our policies are listed below for your convenience.
Returns/Exchanges: To begin the process of a return, please email DadgumDebutante@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with the return mailing address.
Return Timelines: Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange within fourteen days of delivery of the package. Items received after that time period will be denied a return, and shipping the package back is the financial responsibility of the original recipient. We're happy to invoice you for the shipping and return the package to you.
Condition of Returns: Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Inside and outside of clothing must be free of pills, pulls, stains, tears, scent (self-tanner, perfume, cigarette smoke, or any detectable scent), makeup marks, missing buttons or snaps, and cannot be stretched out from trying on. Items that don't meet this criteria will be denied a return, and shipping the package back is the financial responsibility of the original recipient. We're happy to invoice you for the shipping and return the package to you.
Store Credit: Once your (eligible) return is received, it will be processed within seven business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase (less shipping fees). You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Exchanges: If you need a different size than what you ordered, we will gladly exchange items for a different size of the same item only. Unfortunately, we cannot gaurantee your desired size will still be in stock when your return arrives, but we're happy to let you know how many many we have in stock in your desired size--you can always place an order immediately for your desired size to gaurantee you don't miss out!
Final sale: items that are on sale (warehouse sale, seasonal sales, etc.) are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items otherwise marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Holiday & seasonal items are considered final sale.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are not included in store credit amounts.
Items Not Eligible for Returns: The following items are not eligible for return
- Jewelry, headbands, hats, and accessories.
- Sale and clearance items, or items otherwise marked as final sale.
- Holiday and seasonal items are considered final sale.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, we must be contacted within three days of receipt. Minor imperfections do not count as defective merchandise. Items are not considered defective as a result of laundering incorrectly, wear-and-tear, after being worn, etc.
- Queen of Sparkles: Please note that all QOS products are hand embellished one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of hand embellished goods, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind. These variations are not considered a defect and or reason for a return. Returns will not be accepted for laundering incorrectly or wear-and-tear after purchase.
Cancellations: We do not allow order cancellations after the order has been placed. Please review orders carefully before purchasing.
Sales: Sales, discount codes, and clearance prices are not applicable to previously purchased merchandise.
