Return Policy
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for store credit within fourteen days of receiving the package, unless that item is final sale (warehouse sale, seasonal sales, etc.). Items received after that time period will be denied a return, and the package will be shipped back at the recipient's expense. Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Inside and outside of clothing must be free of pills, pulls, stains, tears, scent (self-tanner, perfume, cigarette smoke, or any detectable scent), makeup marks, missing buttons or snaps, and cannot be stretched out from trying on. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Once your (eligible) return is received, your exchange will be processed within seven business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale and clearance items.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, we must be contacted within two days of receipt.
To begin the process of a return, please email DadgumDebutante@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with the return mailing address.
Cancellations
We do not allow order cancellations after the order has been placed.
Sales
Sales and clearance prices are not applicable to previously purchased merchandise.
