Return Policy


Merchandise may be returned for store credit within fourteen days of receiving the package. Items received after that time period will be denied a return, and the package will be shipped back at the recipient's expense. Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer 

Once your (eligible) return is received, your exchange will be processed within seven business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale and clearance items.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, we must be contacted within two days of receipt.

To begin the process of a return, please email with your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with the return mailing address. 


We do not allow order cancellations after the order has been placed. 


Sales and clearance prices are not applicable to previously purchased merchandise.
